People with a fixed mindset say that they can’t be successful as others. “ That guy was born with that successful mind and is going to always succeed. But have you ever asked them how it was like becoming successful? Have you ever asked them was it easy for them? And their answer to you will find it out yourself and it was hard to succeed. People say “ After you decide what you are going to do with your life, you must make sure you have something to fall back on. What does it mean to make sure you have something to fall back on? It means If you fall back on something, you do it or use it after other things have failed. If plan A has failed…. Just remember, there are still 25 more strategies left for you to do before you fall back. That's a good thing to have something planned if all else fails but what if you want to fall forward? What does it take to fall forward? Well, its main core, main and easiest strategy is a failure. Why failure? well, one failure is the first step to success. It took the Wright brothers about 6 years to make the plane fly about only twice. They failed more than 100 times but the question is, did they give up? Did they fall back? No, they did not give up and they fell forward. Perseverance took over the pain and effort and made it kinda easy for them but in a challenging way. It took Thomas Edison 1,001 times to make the lightbulb. The 1,001 time was when he finally succeeded. It took him 1,000 steps of failure to step into the stone of success. I mean that he failed 1,000 times to make the lightbulb we are using in our day to day life. He did not give up, he did not fall back. He fell forward. Our life is similar to a coin with one side of success and the other failure.
These days, how many parents are accepting their child fails in the same way they accept their young one's success moments. Not many of you, right? Yup. That’s why children are not strong enough to take failure as an opportunity to learn and move on to the next step of their mission. Rather, they are viewing it in a bad way, and such thoughts put an end to the road of success. How as a parent, can you all fix such problems in your child? From childhood, parents should sow the seed on their young ones to accept failure and move on without any hesitation. Tell them God gives success to us later in life, so we know what it takes to get to the position we are in now. Otherwise, we will take it easy and become lazier as we tend to have the thought of…. oh ya, it’s easy to achieve it, not a big deal. Let's all have the courage to fall forward even if we fail.
