Okay let's see, we all go to sleep. We either have a good dream or a thing called a nightmare. A nightmare is something that really really really bad that happens mostly happens to kids. Like say for example I'm just sleeping, I’m a normal seven-year-old and this random thing came into my dream and then “AHHH!”, I just got scared then the next day if I still remember about that thing that would turn into a negative thought. I'll be thinking “oh my god I don't want this to happen!”. So that negative thought will keep on following me, I in my mind I wanted it to be erased, I don't want it to be here anymore, I want myself to forget it. But this negative thought can be something that affects me later on. So let's do this, everyone thinks of negative thought that you have been struggling with to erase. Let’s do this, just think of yourself going shopping in your mind, One Distraction trick is to visualize yourself in a grocery store that works for some people but if that doesn't work, just keep positive company. Or physically throw them away, For me, I just throw something and in my mind will think about that thing I just threw, then that negative thought will go away. But won't even work for some people! So many people just meditate or just do yoga and then they will calm down their stress level will go down so. Let's all do this once again think of any negative thoughts and then when you selected one just think of yourself in a very happy place there's many trees and the lake looks beautiful, just flowers next to you and the grass is good you're just laying under the shade and all the happy thoughts will come to you and it will make those bad thoughts go bye-bye okay. Today do the things when I said think of the negative thought and yourself in a good place then it has gone. Thank you
