Hmmm, I don't like this I don't like basketball, this is bad! Do you see that? , I just said that I don't like basketball, but you see if I actually try it, I don't know if I really like it or not. See right now I actually like it. All too often we let the fear of the unknown stop us. Our brains say for example I'm just about a game, one side is our brain and our emotions and one side is our fear. Fear takes over our brain and telling us you shouldn't do that’s bad, it's not good. See you can hurt and no one wants to see you play, your bad. That's a thing we need to get out of our comfort zone and tell fear that “Hey you don't bully me now” or you're gonna get a wap. Okay, we just won fear, once the fear went away now what do we do? We learned that concept say for me I kind of doesn’t like basketball but when I tried it I started slowly taking the staircase. We start at the bottom and then once we reach the top we're home. Okay but let's say this I'm sorry I'm hating it but when I reach the top.
