Attitude

Attitude: a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior. Well that was awkward right,  You guys will start wondering what is that awkward thing right now. well I don’t even know myself. Let's start the topic. Attitude can have three different signs: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. Let's say an example to start this topic. Alex believes that when you are smoking, it’s unhealthy. So whenever he goes past a person who is smoking he feels weird out and he tries all the ways to avoid the situations that he is in. Ava has a huge attitude when it comes to eating junk food, she tries all the way to avoid them and try to eat healthier. But when she is at partys she indulges with the food.
These examples show two different genders in different situations. What can we  learn from our attitude?. Well we can learn methods for our  daily lives. And when it brings optimism to our life, it will make an easier way to avoid worries and negative thinking…. So if we try to adopt it as a way of life, we will see more happiness, brightness and the successfulness so let's try to make all of our efforts to make a great attitude for our life.
