We all have experienced it.I don’t think we need to get into what party type that is more deeper.Let’s get to the point.In this 21st century, employees does not look what grade you got on school or college. They want something more than a grade. What is that something? something? Practical skills!!!No matter what career you choose, you need skills which can’t be taken from the classroom. Here is where extracurricular activities comes to play.Both students and parents needs to understand the importance of extracurricular . Join the student government at your school. Not only companies but also colleges get impressed when they see your leadership skills. Do something for the community by doing volunteer work. Are you good at debating? Then, check out debate club or public speaking club. therefore, getting good grades is also important. At the same time, we should give importance to extra/curry/coolers . Develop the skills from childhood. Let the HR get confused on whom to hire for their company! Ya, they will.if all the candidates have all the professional skills they are looking for.Then, whom should they hire? Build up your resume from school time.
