We all have this one thing that all of us do after we do hard work; it's called laziness. What is this? It is linked to the development of chronic health problems like heart disease, type diabetes, obesity, depression, dementia, and cancer. It can make us feel bad about ourselves, guilty and frustrated, appeased only with the ever-alluring reward of inactivity – comfort, rest, and stress-free. it can't make us feel bad about ourselves guilty and frustrated up sees only with the ever early reward an activity comfort rest and stress-free this I mean that's happy but also sit-ups that's bad good a person cannot be working the whole day when not with no rest cuz all of us have been laid to you right is it possible for instead of us to be lazy we wanna lay on the couch get just put our roast blankets get the bowl of popcorn and start watching that's example laziness but we can change our laziness to something better what is that better that is something that rep work it doesn't mean you're gonna do forever forever forever it means you're gonna do for a limited time say just clean the garden boom you could come back and just take a rest that's it it doesn't beat for the whole day you just sit on the couch and then take a good night sleep and then wake up the next day somehow and then be all tired your if you super walked I your energy is more a crease so that's why me people like me that's why I stayed for like a long time during the night and then the next morning I have more energy not more lesson because they're less amount of sleep you have the less amount of energy you have the next day so it's important for us to not be lazy not all the time so everybody does this one thing for the month of February try not to be lazy and do something to help our world and community today thank you
