Happy International women day

There were times when women cannot vote. But how is it in this modern world? They are campaigning in the presidential election.The role of women has changed over time, but we have to keep in mind some roles of women are constant. If a woman works outside of the home it means she has two jobs: one job outside of the home and one job at home. Throughout history, the role of women changed...They took roles at work equal to men. But their role at home is constant and never changed and will never change.Wherever women work, she will get her paycheck either on a weekly basis, monthly basis, and so on. Has she ever given paycheck for the work she does at home? No matter whether the woman is a president of a country, HR of a company, doctor of a hospital, teacher of a school...when she unlock her home door, she takes the role of mom of her children, wife of her husband, daughter of her parents, sister of her siblings, cousin of her cousins..The work she does at home is uncountable and ir/replace/able by other individuals of the family. The work she is doing at home is unpayable. She is sacrificing everything for her family. Maybe in this 21st century, men are doing some household work like cooking and cleaning the house, but still they cannot run the family thoroughly independently. If each woman of a home works 8 hours per day in her house, then think about how much economy she will make? Who can payback to the works she does at home? Or who can replace her role? No One did...No One can...No One will… Salary is not enough for all the work she does at home..I mean it's not a work...It is the sacrifice of the women.Respect them!!! She deserves that respect...Without women, we are NOTHING….The woman plays a significant role both at her home and in her society. She is not inferior to men at all. She shares the equal rights and responsibilities as men. Your life does not come with an instruction, it comes with a MOTHER...If a man is educated, then he will only get the benefit from it. But if a woman is educated, her whole family will benefit from her education. So, educate the girls, the future of our country will be bright. Happy International Women to every grandma, mom, sister, and cousin!!! You are the firm pillar of our family, community, and country! 

If each woman of a home works 8 hours per day in her house, then think about how much economy she will make? Who can payback to the works she does at home? Or who can replace her role? No One did...No One can...No One will… Salary is not enough for all the work she does at home..I mean it's not a work...It is the sacrifice of the women.
