hmm let's all think in our minds why is it really important it's because it's the most appealing benefit is that breakfast jump-starts your metabolism and this helps you burn more calories throughout the day. When you eat breakfast you're telling your body that there are plenty of calories to be had for that day. The most common reasons people skip breakfast are when they're not hungry, Why we don't even know! Females are more likely than male to skip the morning meal because of being busy or running late. When you go without breakfast you have deprived your body of calories since the last time you ate. Well that last time you ate dinner was about seven hours ago right? So apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are a good source of important nutrition such as calcium, iron, vitamin B as well as protein and fiber, the body needs these essential nutrients and research shows now if these are missed at breakfast they are more likely to get their energy loss throughout the day. Hmm, what does that mean energy loses throughout the day?, it means you are not capable of doing physical stuff
It's like running and you get tired like five seconds after you run cuz your body doesn't have that energy and protein to do that. so let's wrap up today's topic, breakfast is the most important thing in our lives not the most important thing but in our nutrition and strength.
